IONM 206: TCeMEP - Transcranial Electrical Motor Evoked Potentials

This course will provide information about TCeMEP current practice and its' usefulness in IONM. Access to this course lasts for 1 year.

This course will provide information about TCeMEP current practice and its' usefulness in IONM.  Faculty will present the fundamentals of stimulating and recording as well as special considerations in anesthesia and patient safety.  Learners will gain an understanding about the wide-ranging application of this modality in current practice.

Experience Level: This course is essential for IONM professionals preparing to take the credentialing exam or is in need of continuing education to refresh their skills.  It provides fundamental information about TCeMEP but is also geared toward the intermediate practitioner as it requires basic knowledge of IONM practices and procedures.  Professionals taking this course should have taken IONM 200 and IONM 201 or have experience in Intraoperative Neurophysiological monitoring.
